Training

Wake. Eat. Coffee. Work (except the weekends). Ride. Eat, with friends. Sleep.

Training on bikes is an easy life. Choices are premade for you, internal debates are simple; What shall I do today? Ride.
Or; Hmm, I'm done with work, maybe I should go sit around. Nah, I'll ride.
Or; Should I use my money to buy furniture, or for gas to get to Pueblo and ride sweet trails? Who needs chairs? I can just sit on the floor and eat. (Sorry Mom, I'll get chairs soon, I promise)

Ok, that's the brief concept of the day. As Garrison Keillor says on The Writer's Almanac, "Be well, do good work, and keep in touch."

Well, it was too much a pain in the rear to type "cooking my friends ridiculously good food and binging them good Michigan beer to the hinterlands of Colorado in return for driving me to good trails", so I went with gas money. So there! :)
