Right after the US Pro XCT Cup came through town, I turned around and worked as a coach/ride leader for USA Cycling's Devo camp.
What exactly does that entail? Sweet, sweet riding with a group of really talented riders between 14 and 19, along with presentations, lots of yummy food, and yeah, stupid human tricks. Who would've thought that all those idiotic talents unearthed while hanging out with climbers in college would be such a valuable coaching tool?
Anyways, after six straight days of riding and chilling with the juniors, I'm feeling super stoked about racing. Thanks to all the kids for the awesome riding!
My only regret? Not taking any photos all week. I'm ashamed of myself.
