Seven hundred riders (including the Mayor and a Lieutenant General)

+Fresh berries and other fruit
+Scrambled eggs
+Bagels
+Lots more food
+Raffles (including a spec'd out commuter bike)
+Corporate challenges
+And the street closed to vehicle traffic
